Our goal is to make every visit to our salon a delightful and rejuvenating experience for you. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may seek a refund for services rendered. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

 

1. **Customer Satisfaction Guarantee**: Your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to exceed your expectations with every service we provide. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your experience, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately. We will make every effort to address your concerns and rectify the situation to ensure your satisfaction.

 

2. **No Guarantee of Refunds on Services Performed**: While we are dedicated to resolving any issues you may encounter, we regret to inform you that we are unable to guarantee or offer refunds on services that have been performed. This includes, but is not limited to, haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, and any other salon services.

 

3. **Evaluation and Resolution**: If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a service, please bring it to our attention within 24 hours of your appointment. Our team will evaluate the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution. This may include scheduling a complimentary follow-up appointment to address any concerns, providing a discount on future services, or offering alternative solutions based on the nature of the issue.

 

4. **Refunds for Retail Products**: We do offer refunds or exchanges on retail products within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is returned in its original condition and accompanied by a receipt.

 

5. **Cancellation Policy**: We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to appointments. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
