She completed cosmetology school during high school and joined Capello soon after, where she spent a full year training hands-on under owner Chelsea McBride. During that time, she provided personalized care to clients while refining her artistry, learning the heart, precision, and professionalism that define the Capello experience.

Natalie specializes in lived-in blonding and creating styles that are effortlessly natural yet beautifully refined. With her additional scalp lounge training, she takes pride in caring for each guest from root to tip, helping them relax while promoting true hair and scalp wellness. Known for her soothing scalp massages, calm confidence, and strong work ethic, she pours her heart into every appointment — leaving guests feeling refreshed inside and out.

When she’s not behind the chair, Natalie loves traveling and exploring new places. A recent summer in Utah was a life-changing experience and deepened her appreciation for connection and purpose — values that she brings into her work each day. She continues to further her education while balancing a busy salon schedule, always striving to grow personally and professionally.
