Where are you located?
Capello Salon now has two locations: our flagship salon in Downtown Greenville, SC and our second location, Capello North, in Travelers Rest. Both offer full-service hair care, color, blonding, and luxury shampoo experiences using Keune color and Davines products.
What are your hours?
Our hours vary slightly by location, but both Capello Downtown and Capello North offer morning, afternoon, and evening appointment options throughout the week.
If you need an appointment outside of our regular hours, please don’t hesitate to ask. We will always do our best to accommodate special scheduling requests whenever possible.

New guests are encouraged to book a "Meet With Me" (a free consultation) so we can customize your color plan, pricing, and timing.
How much do services cost?
Pricing varies based on stylist, timing, and customization. You can view a general pricing guide on our services page or request a consultation for a personalized quote.

How much experience do your stylists have?
At Capello Salon, every stylist has gone through extensive training and meets performance markers before ever working independently behind the chair. Before taking clients on their own, our team members complete training in cutting, blonding, color theory, gray blending, treatments, guest experience, and product knowledge. Many also go through our multi-phase apprentice program.
Even our “new talent” stylists are not brand-new. They have proven experience, mentor oversight, and a solid foundation before working with clients.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We recommend booking ahead, but if we have availability, we’re happy to take walk-ins at either location.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Less than that may result in a cancellation fee due to stylist time being reserved just for you. You can review our policies HERE
How long does blonding take?
Lived-in blonding sessions often take 2–4 hours depending on your starting point, hair density, and desired result. First-time balayage or dimensional blonding may require multiple sessions for optimal brightness while maintaining hair health.
What products do you use?
We proudly use Keune Hair Color, a professional, European color line known for its beautiful coverage, long-lasting shine, and exceptionally healthy results. Keune is crafted with high-quality ingredients, conditioning complexes, and low-ammonia formulas that protect the hair. For your home maintenance we partner with Davines, an Italian, non-toxic, sustainable, professional line known for its performance and clean ingredients. Our Scalp Lounge also carries CRLAB, Havogen 5, and targeted scalp health products.
Will blonding damage my hair?
Our stylists use the safest modern blonding techniques, bond builders, and Davines nourishing treatments to keep your hair healthy. We prioritize the integrity of your hair above everything.
Can you help me blend my
gray hair?
Yes! Gray blending is one of our specialties. Whether you prefer soft blending, highlights, or full coverage, we customize your color to your lifestyle and maintenance preferences.
How do I know which service to book?

Is Capello good for someone struggling with hair loss?
Yes. Lilly, our team's trichologist along with our owner, Chelsea specialize in helping women experiencing thinning, shedding, or medical hair loss. We offer compassionate, private appointments and real solutions.
